Vegan Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 120g whole unroasted cashews
- 240ml vegetable broth
- 35g nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Whack it all in a blender and let it rip.
- Cook some pasta, partially drain and keep some starchy water, add the sauce to the pasta.
