Crepes

Ingredients

  1. Sieve the flour and salt.
  2. Mix in the egg and butter, gradually adding the milk.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Thoroughly heat your pan, then melt and spread a small piece of butter over it.
  5. Pour enough mix on the pan to make a small pancake as prep, pay close attention to the crispness of the edges for flipping.
  6. Keep pouring pancakes until there is no mix left - ideally pouring in thin layers and returning any excess to your jug/bowl.

Serves: 6 large crepes (maybe)/1L of mix
