Brownies

Ingredients

  1. Grease a shallow cake tin.
  2. Preheat the oven.
  3. Gently melt the the butter, stir in the cocoa until blended and set aside.
  4. Mix the eggs and sugar together until light and add the cocoa mixture.
  5. Add the vanilla essence.
  6. Sift in the flour and mix.
  7. Bake at 180 for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Serves: ~16 brownies
